ICS Triplex Silvertech Limited (“Silvertech”) is pleased to announce it has been awarded both the St Fergus & Kirriemuir Compressor Station System Upgrade contracts by Land & Marine Project Engineering Limited on behalf of the National Grid.

In contracts valued in total at some $2.5 million over two years, Silvertech will provide full design, engineering and solution delivery services to upgrade the station control’s, safety and fire & gas detection systems at the two sites.

Silvertech was chosen as Land & Marine and the National Grid’s preferred partner for both of these projects because of the company’s considerable experience in this field, its partnering approach to solution delivery and its considerable high quality engineering resources allowing both these major projects to be managed simultaneously by a single vendor.

The contracts will be executed through Silvertech’s Horsham and Coventry offices with local site support through the Aberdeen facility situated at Aberdeen’s Science and Technology Park.
