In May 2005 ICS Triplex Silvertech Limited (Silvertech) issued High Court Proceedings against Systems Integration and Automation Limited, Mark Allison, Kevan Jones, Colin Hibberd, and Christopher Easton (SIA) for breach of restrictive covenants preventing SIA competing with Silvertech. Silvertech and SIA are pleased to confirm that those proceedings have now been settled before reaching trial, upon SIA making a payment to Silvertech.
